When financial services consulting firm Meradia set out to plan their annual company offsite, they turned to YEP to design and deliver a seamless, engaging, and memorable experience for employees and their spouses traveling in from across the U.S.

Spanning three days, the offsite combined strategic business sessions with team building, relaxation, and entertainment—creating the perfect environment for connection, collaboration, and celebration.

YEP was tasked with identifying a resort-style venue that was convenient for travel, and then managing the full scope of planning and production:

• Sourced and secured a centrally located resort venue

• Coordinated group accommodations for employees and guests

• Developed a custom itinerary for all three days

• Managed all vendors and activities, including AV, catering, and entertainment

• Produced all meetings and events, including a closing night dinner with a high-energy casino night

• Designed a spouse program with curated daytime activities and access to resort amenities

• Provided an on-site YEP event manager for all three days to ensure everything ran smoothly

From welcome cocktails to the last roll of the dice at the casino tables, every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure both business objectives and guest enjoyment were met.

The result? A successful and stress-free offsite that brought the Meradia team closer together and left employees and their spouses feeling valued, recharged, and connected.
