To mark their five-year milestone, Office Concierge wanted to host a special celebration for clients, partners, and staff. With a modest budget and a nontraditional event space (one of their client’s offices), they partnered with YEP to transform a functional workplace into a stylish, high-energy celebration.
YEP took on full creative and logistical responsibility for the evening, ensuring a seamless experience.
YEP’s Role:
Developed the event concept and visual theme
Designed and installed décor and event styling to transform the office into a dynamic venue
Curated the food and beverage menu, including liquor ordering and coordinating professional bartenders
Sourced a custom cake to celebrate the occasion
Managed guest list compilation and check-in
Designed and printed name badges and branded signage
Provided event staff for setup, service, and breakdown
Worked closely with the host company to ensure all building rules and protocols were followed
